長野県飯田市の田んぼで、秋の風物詩「稲架掛け（はさがけ）」をされるご家族の様子を撮影してきました📸
黄金色の稲穂がずら〜っと並んで天日干しされる光景は、相まって本当に壮観！シャッターを切るたびに、秋の空気と稲の香りまでフレームに閉じ込めたくなって、思わず夢中になってしまいました☺️🍁
🌾稲架掛けってなぁに？
「稲架掛け（はさがけ）」は、木、竹、金属で組んだ“稲架（はさ）”に刈り取った稲をかけ、太陽と風の力でじっくり乾燥させる昔ながらの方法です✨現在は機械乾燥が主流ですが、稲架掛けで干したお米は、じっくりと水分が抜けるため、水分バランスがよく、甘みや香りが豊かになると言われています🍚💖農家さんの手間と愛情がぎゅっと詰まった、まさにごちそうですね！

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph a family in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, during the traditional autumn rice drying method called “Hasa-gake” (稲架掛け) 📸
The golden ears of rice lined up under the sun, swaying gently in the wind, created a breathtaking scene! Each time I pressed the shutter, I felt like I was capturing not only the image but also the fragrance of rice and the crisp autumn air☺️🍁
🌾What is Hasa-gake?
“Hasa-gake” is a traditional method of drying rice. After harvesting, the rice is hung on wooden, bamboo, or metal racks called “hasa” and dried slowly by the power of the sun and wind✨ While machine drying has become mainstream today, rice dried using Hasa-gake is said to have better moisture balance, with richer sweetness and aroma🍚💖 It’s truly a delicacy filled with farmers’ care and love!

Tuve la maravillosa oportunidad de fotografiar a una familia en la ciudad de Iida, prefectura de Nagano, durante el tradicional método de secado de arroz llamado “Hasa-gake” (稲架掛け) 📸
Las espigas doradas de arroz alineadas bajo el sol, moviéndose suavemente con el viento, creaban una escena impresionante. Cada vez que presionaba el obturador, sentía que capturaba no solo la imagen, sino también el aroma del arroz y el aire fresco de otoño☺️🍁
🌾¿Qué es el Hasa-gake?
El “Hasa-gake” es un método tradicional de secado del arroz. Después de la cosecha, el arroz se cuelga en estantes de madera, bambú o metal llamados “hasa” y se seca lentamente con la ayuda del sol y el viento✨ Aunque hoy en día el secado mecánico es lo más común, se dice que el arroz secado con Hasa-gake mantiene un mejor equilibrio de humedad y desarrolla un sabor y aroma más intensos🍚💖 ¡Es realmente una delicia llena del cuidado y el amor de los agricultores!
