Scenes from the day

I photographed a three-year-old boy celebrating Shichi-Go-San at Kawahara Shrine in Showa Ward, Nagoya. The gallery keeps the child and his family at the heart of this milestone.
A three-year-old at his own pace
At this age, every expression and movement is part of the memory. The photographs preserve both the ceremonial setting and the child’s presence without turning the day into a rigid series of poses.
A visual record from Kawahara Shrine
The original Japanese article consists mainly of photographs. This translated edition identifies the occasion and location while allowing the gallery itself to show the atmosphere of the family’s Shichi-Go-San visit.
Check the current shrine guidance
Photography policies, applications, and possible fees can change. Please confirm the latest rules directly with Kawahara Shrine before arranging a session; we can plan the timing and flow after that.
